Ginger

  • Drink two to three cups of ginger tea, at any time, in a day. 

Holy Basil (Tulsi)

How to use it?

  • Take a cup of water in a pan and add 2-3 basil leaves in it. Boil until the water absorbs the basil color and flavor. Strain the tea in a glass and sip on this tea. You can add a teaspoon of honey and a half teaspoon of lemon juice in it for better taste and flavor. 
  • A decoction of basil leaves juice taken with honey and ginger juice in the morning also offers effective relief in asthma.

Turmeric
