1) Consume as well as apply some flaxseeds

How to use: Consume these seeds in powder form by mixing it with food or water. You can also massage your scalp with flaxseed oil every alternate day to get long beautiful hair.


2) Massage with coconut milk

The essential fats and protein in coconut oil help prevent hair loss. When you massage it on the scalp regularly, it stimulates the hair follicles to increase hair growth.

How to use: Apply coconut milk in the pores of your scalp using your fingers and slowly massage the scalp for 15 minutes. Leave it for another 15 minutes to rest. Then wash it thoroughly either with plain water or with shampoo. 


3) Dab some onion juice

Wash your hair either with plain water or with shampoo.


4) Rub on fresh Aloe Vera
